As waiting for other trades to complete tasks - Working to drawings with different designs and details. Getting your gauge right to work with windows,doors floor levels ect. And keeping walls plumb and level while lots of other tasks being done all at same time installing ties, insulation, dps, lintels, Window formers ect. Different bonds and cuts to do loading out on scaffold and tidying up. Different weather conditions. I just don’t think it’s possible to program a robot to do this quicker than a human and keeping it cost effective
