The number of unknowns and the fact redundancy needs to be taken into account of systems added to by hands u known over the last few decades nationwide needs a thorough combing through via boots on the ground. Surveys, audits, designs, admin, pulling, installing, communicating, drafting, ordering, labeling, calculating. And engineers mind and job requires creativity. It may not even be worth it in the near future to attempt and Ai takeover. A takeover wouks require resources to do so, while causing uproar. It’s not worth the instability.
